Situated on the edge of The Lincolnshire Wolds and just 12 miles from the beautiful city of Lincoln. We sit on 3 acres with an orchard, a half acre young woodland, Little Wood, ample parking, and are in a tiny hamlet between the villages of Wragby with a bus service to the beautiful city of Lincoln, and the East Coast, and Bardney.

We have a range of accommodation and space for your extra guests to camp on site.

Surrounded by free to roam woodlands, known as The Lincolnshire Limewoods, and our very own Little Wood with lots to explore and discover. Great walks straight from the gate, with a cracking 5 miler taking in the local woods, villages, hamlets and churches.

The Conserved 17thC House

There are lots of things to do including our wood fired pizza oven, hammocks, fire pits, bbq’s, a solar heated ‘Bath in the Ruins’, and a couple of vintage 1960’s Raleigh Superbe bicycles to ride for free, so you can explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.
